“I am the very proud possessor of three pieces of Victoria's creativity: three paintings where she plays with acrylics, enamel paint and mixed media creating exciting colour schemes within unplanned but intuitive patterns expressing myriad emotions in one work.

Of course, the observer implants their own life experience into works which invite each person looking from the outside to find something of themselves within. Not all her works are simply paint. Victoria employs myriad other elements like wire used to reinforce windows here used to reinforce a painting.

But what is the intention? What is the  message? That's for the beholder to discover for themselves and, as with all Victorias works, there are no wrong answers .

On the other hand, Victoria's works sell because people simply like them: they like the vibrancy and life of the colour. The mystery of pattern. The thickly used paint creating its own swirls, mounds and tensions regardless of colour or any other element found within the creation attracting one's eye at that moment in time.

That's the thing. What you see at one moment is not there if,  just fleetingly, you turn away and then reset your vision upon the art work to find that what you once saw has morphed into something else.

Just like that face or the dog in the cloud or the wallpaper pattern: avert your eyes for just a second and the illusion has passed on out of sight. Out of reach. Was it really there? Did anyone else see it?  Has anyone else ever seen it?
